Governance & Capacity Building
DDRC Parsa is work with likeminded organization to make user friendly policies in natural resource management, work with women empowerment organizations for policy advocacy for the benefits women and children and to make equitable and justice society where there is no discrimination in term of sex, caste, remoteness, richer and poor. Furthermore, transparency and accountability will be ensured in all programmes and projects of DDRC Parsa. Different transparency and accountability promotion tools, such as in right to information, transparency and public services procurement and monitoring will be applied to make efficient and effective governance in its own institution and public services delivery organizations in its project area.
Our organization specializing in governance and capacity building, we have worked with a wide range of organizations and communities to strengthen their ability to govern effectively and build their capacity to achieve our mission. Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of each organization or community we work with, and we tailor our strategies and interventions accordingly.
We have developed a number of customized programs and services to support our clients in building their capacity and improving their governance. We offer a range of training programs and workshops on topics such as leadership, GBV training, GESI training, SIYB training, CP & Safeguarding orientation, ARH training, disaster management training, financial management, saving & credit, livelihood training and monitoring and evaluation. Our training is designed to be hands-on, practical, and relevant to the specific needs of community people. We conduct assessments of organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses in their governance and management practices. Based on the results of the assessment, we develop recommendations for improvement. Our originations to develop policies and procedures that are aligned with best practices in local governance and management. We support organizations in developing strategic plans that are aligned with their mission and vision. This includes conducting stakeholder consultations, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and developing implementation plans.
By working closely with our target groups and cascade our services to their unique needs, we have helped many organizations and communities to build their capacity and improve their governance.
