Objectives
- To make the target groups self-dependent economically, socially & politically and increase the rights of women and girl children in a patriarchal society.
- To operate skills and income-generating programs
- To manage resources efficiently in the target community
- For the development of agriculture, coordinate with government and non-government organizations and conduct the program.
- For the development of irrigation, develop in coordination with supporting organizations for the irrigation sector.
- To identify problems in the community and provide agreed solutions
- To raise intensive mass public awareness about social bad culture, women right and other GBV
- To raise awareness about women’s rights and promote involvement of women’s groups in the program of education, social welfare and other social values and norms.
- Build capacity of impact groups to identify and manage available resources, local knowledge, skill and technology.
- To conduct water supply and sanitation related project by Coordinating and collaborating with various governmental and non-governmental organizations.

- Increase advocacy skills of the target communities to ensure basic rights and participation of women, children and other vulnerable and marginalized people.

- To Conduct various programs for person with disability in collaboration with Nepal government and national and international organizations and supporting assistive device to make their daily life easier and establish and operate rehabilitation centers.
- Increase livelihood security of resource poor and marginalized communities through enhanced food security, nutrition and income generation opportunities.
- Improve adaptive capacity and resilience of vulnerable people by addressing issues of climate change.
